Job description:
You will :
- Provide support to end-users and trainers (training room);
- Be the SPCO for the 1st line for problems from infrastructure, Office or own applications, telephony, …
- Be responsible for the creation of tickets, and for the respect of the SLA’s;
- Propose solutions to improve the incident process, report recurrent incidents, propose solutions to improve performance & coordination and to drive these projects;
- Draft the documentation for all new solutions : troubleshooting,…;
- Ensure that the physical infrastructure is up & running;
- Be nearly full-time on site.
Profile:
- Bachelor in IT
- A minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience as support engineer;
- Service-minded, customer & result-oriented;
- Technical, logical & problem-solving skills;
- Organized, responsible for incidents management;
- Flexible;
- Fast learner;
- Tri-lingual: Dutch, English & French;
- Assets: Development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript & .net.
