Il sera attendu du Business Analyst :
- D'analyser l'ensemble des besoins de la cliente opérateur triple play ;
- De gérer les priorités en terme de développement des améliorations ou de nouveaux services ;
- De vérifier que les développements répondent aux attentes de la cliente, avant de les mettre en opération, et valider les tests ;
- D'activer de nouveaux services de monitoring ;

- De participer à la mise en place de la remontée des métriques attendus.
- Master en ingénierie ou en Sciences économiques ou équivalence en expérience, 5 à 10 ans ;
