For one of its clients, Talencia consulting is currently looking for a 1st and 2nd line Support Engineer.

Job description:

You will be responsible of the support for the end-users and will have to find the root of problems and solve them with your colleagues. This will include first and second line helpdesk request. Additionally you are responsible for minimising downtime and interruptions for said end-users. Organisations interal hardware and IP connectivity will also be part of your tasks. Last but not least, one week in five you will asked to be on call 24/7.

Startdate: ASAP

Location: West Flanders

Duration: 1 year +

Required skills: 

Fluent in Dutch and English and a working knowledge of French is a strong plus.

Have some experience with:

– Cytrix

– ActiveDirectory

– Exchange

– O365
