Job description
You will be replacing a consultant that is leaving. The client is looking for a service desk agent that will join the service desk.
You will provide 1 line support to the interal users.
You will use the ticketing system. You will escalate incidents/problems when necessary
While providing support, you will with your colleagues ensure a smooth running of the service desk, dealing with hardware or software issues.
You are part of 1 of the teams that is the point of contact for ict related issues.
Profile
- Minimum 1-2-year(s) experience in similar situation.
- You speak French and you have good knowledge in English.
- Dutch is a plus
- Windows & active directory skills
