Job Description:
Manage the incident of applications focusing on the production environment: Depending on the
reasons, you transfer to the appropriate teams and follow up until the ticket is resolved within the
agreed-upon timeframes,
In conjunction with the network and infrastructure teams, analyze and find Microsoft-related
solutions to restore functionality and/or provide a workaround.
Help our company by listening to and understanding business needs in order to implement and
improve our processes.
Work on ways to improve the development and release processes by automating them (CICD)
Execute and coordinate testing around DevOps activities, and promote best practices. DevOps
(automation, application lifecycle,…)
Participate actively in the formation of the DevOps team, which is able to launch the production of
MEP version changes, releases, and documentation maintenance and creation.
participating in projects and coordinating projects when new tools are required for our solutions;
Bring the plans for implementing the changes you’ve made up to date.
Maintain complete process monitoring, update existing procedures, or develop new ones to reduce
downtime;
Write scripts to carry out monitoring tasks that are outside the purview of the tools available for
monitoring.
Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server / O365 / Azure
Good knowledge of Azure Devops
Experience with tools of Scripting, like Powershell or Perl
Solution Minded
Good communicator
Fluent in English
Fluent in French is a huge advantage but not something that is required
Experience with Citrix is a +
Experience with Robots SFTP is a +
