Description
- As Project Manager, you ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, respecting the deliverables
- The project is the migration of Multiple AD forests into a new AD built from scratch
- As transformation will impact various clients, it is expected that you have experience dealing with various stakeholders from different entities.
- When you start, your first tasks will be understanding the scope of the project, the planning, resources, pilot the team
- You will ensure the proper change & new procedures for access of the various internal & external users, that access goes through the correct tool with the new guidelines
- You will help advise on the best practice for the integration of the AD's (forest) in coordination with the project objectives
- You have ownership of the activities assigned to you and are responsible for their successful completion on behalf of the department.
- Suggest and manage final acceptance of the project.
- Manage, optimize and be responsible for all project resources (human resources, budget, customers, final decision)
- Deliverables (according to the group project policy)
- You have at least 5 years experience in project managemebt
- you have strong experience in infrastructure migrations
- You have a strong experience with Active directory
- You already managed proven project regarding Active directory
- Home working with on site presence when needed after covid
- You are solution oriented.
- Able to succesfuly deliver the project in coordination with the objectives

Your main responsibilities are
- Dealing with incidents and problems, providing support and technical expertise to your colleagues, customers & users
- Assessing the situation to ensure that upgrades, upgrades, modifications and/or extensions can be implemented among other tasks
- Contribute to ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Availability, Capacity, Change and Configuration management;
- For the customer, providing support, setting up monitoring tools, possibly being responsible for the overall architecture, providing advice (procedures, security, etc.).
- 5 years of experience as a 2 line Support Consultant
- Windows Server, Active Directory
- Excellent knowledge with Exchange Server
- Experience with networking issues/problems
- Excellent knowledge with wifi, printers
- Excellent VMware knowledge
- Proven experience in monitoring systems

As part of the digitalisation of the Client's Core Business. You will take part in the different strategies of the company.
The main project concerns the migration of the existing ERP (SAP) to a new ERP.
The client is continuously investing in Digital Transformation and IT and we are looking for a Program Manager with practical experience managing large and complex initiatives.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing activities and ensuring that the program objectives are on time, on budget and on scope.
Therefore, you will:
- Ensure day-to-day program management throughout the program life cycle.
- Define and manage the program governance.
- Plan the overall program and monitor the progress. Report on progress.
- Control the program's budget.
- Coordinate the projects and activities and their interdependencies.
- Manage and use resources across projects.
- Manage the program team.
- Implement and manage changes to ensure program goals.
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
- Strong and proven experience in Digital transformation.
- Good experience in ERP migration.
- Able to ensure that the project will be deliver on time,budget and scope.
- Good knowledge of program management methodology and techniques.
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
